Here at Dargan Tools our main goal is Customer Satisfaction, however, we do realise and know from experience that not every product is made the same or will suit the need of every job. We also are aware that from time to time a product will have a genuine fault.
FAQ – Can I return unwanted item?
Yes, if for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

to inform us. You must report damaged item(s) within 5 business day of receipt by contacting us at 059 9142855.
We will deliver out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner, we can create a second order and charge your credit card.
Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected, we will credit your account.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout this process!
All deliveries must be inspected before signing for receipt.
Failure to do so may invalidate any future warranty or carriage claim. Signed as ‘Unchecked
’ or ‘Unexamined
’ is not acceptable.
If there are any signs of damage to the consignment, then you must sign as ‘Damaged
’. Alternatively, the delivery can be refused, and the sender will be notified immediately.
If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit, please repackage them immediately and notify us.
Dargan Tools reserves the right to refuse any item(s) returned, that is deemed to have been used, damaged, or worn for any reason other than being a genuine fault. Delivery and Collection charges are non-refundable.
